DESCRIPTION :
Located in downtown Los Angeles, the LA Trade Center provides over 10,000 SF of retail space.Spaces were given maximized exposure to the public sidewalk & streets being in an area with heavy pedestrian & vehicular traffic.The two-level parking area on the uppermost level called for a design solution that minimizes the adverse effect on the buildings exterior elevation.Thus, a combination of solid and semi-open enclosures were integrated into the design to provide a buffer zone between the parking area and street.
