Description

Located in downtown Los Angeles, the LA Trade Center provides over 10,000 square feet of retail space. Spaces were given maximized exposure to the public sidewalk & streets, being in an area with heavy pedestrian & vehicular traffic.

 

​Vision

The two-level parking area on the uppermost level required a design solution that minimized the adverse effect on the building's exterior elevation. Thus, a combination of solid and semi-open enclosures was integrated into the design to provide a buffer zone between the parking area and the street.
