Description

An existing, two-story industrial building was selected for the future home of this entertainment business. The new, high-ceiling space is designed to represent Landmark’s high-tech image.

Vision

​The first floor is designed to contain two main areas- one to accommodate graphic & music artists, and another to receive visitors.  A large, impressive entry takes visitors through a wide inner core space, which displays Landmark’s various projects.  The executive areas are situated at the perimeter of this floor, and the tour extends to a friendly coffee bar area and terminates with giving a final experience to the visitor, in one of the three different conference/ viewing rooms.  The second floor houses the design team members, conference rooms, and general administration
