Description

The Wave is a kiosk restaurant/ Full Bar set in the atrium of the Beverly Center Mall.  Due to the open nature of its location, a remote kitchen was placed at the sixth floor.

Vision

A custom free-standing glass partition was designed to enclose the entire lease boundary.  Glass canopies over the bar & service areas were used as protection from accidental debris from the upper balconies.  The uniqueness of this kiosk stems from the fact that most of the fittings used were custom-designed.
