Description

This project explores a three-dimensional design approach that transforms site constraints into spatial opportunities. A central entry and circulation path leads to a generous rear courtyard connected to Plummer Park, while strategic setbacks provide openness and privacy for adjacent residences.

Stacked and rotated residential units create dynamic massing, opening ground-level spaces and introducing light and movement throughout the project. Each unit is uniquely expressed through color, materials, and balcony design, with stepped and cantilevered forms offering terraces and views toward the park and city beyond.
