Description

This 66-unit apartment project on a 22,500‑sq‑ft site integrates four subterranean parking levels, a U-shaped building form, and layered indoor/outdoor amenities. Vacating the central alley allowed expansion of parking below and creation of a landscaped paseo, connecting north and south parcels. Generous courtyards and a rooftop deck provide communal open spaces, while the building’s configuration maximizes daylight, ventilation, and resident comfort within a dense downtown context.
